My History
My interest in complementary therapy began when I slipped a disc as a teenager. Rather than resort to the surgical approach of traditional medicine, I set off down the alternative therapy route. Osteopathy helped to an extent, but it wasn’t until I discovered Bowen therapy that I gained significant relief from my disc and sciatica pain. Three relaxing Bowen Technique treatments had a far more beneficial long term effect than years of crunching and high velocity manoeuvring! Alternative therapy successfully cured me and it can solve your problems too!

I take my holistic therapy professional development seriously and I am constantly undertaking training to extend and update my skills.
